GLI's Green Vision is to design and manage our products and operations using accepted standards and protocols to reduce our company's impact on the environment. We will also protect and conserve resources by striving for energy and fiscal savings through superior design and efficient manufacturing techniques. Finally, Gracious Living encourages participation amongst employees, customers and vendors with the goal of a cleaner workplace and environment for us all.

Some facts about our operations:

• Many of our products contain a blend of both virgin and reprocessed material. The reprocessed material used in our processes ensures that the material is diverted from landfills.
• All plastic scrap produced in the manufacture of our products is recaptured and reprocessed.
• Our facilities produce zero emissions and recycle all water used in the manufacturing process.
• We have undergone independent energy audits to ensure our facilities are energy efficient. Many recognized energy saving initiatives were implemented such as low voltage lighting, an aggressive maintenance program for our equipment, programmable controls for lighting, heating and cooling.
• Our proprietary EON® technology used in hot tub cladding, window fashions, decking, railing and outdoor furniture & accessories offer alternatives to chemically treated woods like pine and cedar, and never require hazardous painting, staining or sealing.
• Many of our products (including our EON products) can be reprocessed or recycled at the end of their useful lives.
